Chemical refinery proposed for banks of the Lackawaxen

Here's a news story from the Wayne independent.

Potential Investors Look At Ethanol Site
Wayne Independent - Honesdale,PA,USA
The proposed property is located behind Kost Tire and Muffler on Route 6, east of Honesdale, on the opposite side of the Lackawaxen River.

Ethanol. Isn't that from corn, or beets or cane. What the biggest Wayne county crop. Hay? Or Bull crap?
